| CATAGORIES: |
One
winner will be selected in each of the following three catagories:
Traditional (Scary), Humorous, and Sexy (Provocative). |
| DEADLINE: |
Pictures
must be received no later than midnight on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 in
order to be eligible. |
| SECOND
DEADLINE: |
Round
TWO photographs must be received prior to midnight on Halloween Night,
October 31, 2007! |
| ROUND
ONE DATE: |
First
round picks will be announced October 24, 2007 so that arrangements can
be made to claim your winning tickets. |
| ROUND
TWO DATE: |
Second
round selections will be announced November 1, 2007. Winning submissions
will be posted at that time. |
| PRIZES: |
Winners
will receive ONE pair of tickets to a Haunted Attraction in their area,
and will be notified by method requested. |
| TIME: |
Winners
will receive 36 hours from initial contact to respond, or tickets will
be forfeited to the runner-up. |
| SPECIFICS: |
All
photographs become the property of OHIO VALLEY HAUNTS and may be published
on this site. |
| AGREEMENT: |
By
submitting pictures, you are agreeing to all terms set forth on this page.
Photos will NOT be returned. |
| SIZE: |
Please
send LOW-RESOLUTION IMAGES ONLY! Approximately 5" x 7" in size, at
72 dpi. |
| MISC.: |
Photos will be judged by members of OHIO VALLEY HAUNTS. Judges decisions
FINAL, and may NOT be contested! |
| DISCLAIMER: |
Participants
also agree to release OHIO VALLEY HAUNTS from any consequences that may
result from viewing, submitting, or publishing said photos. OHIO
VALLEY HAUNTS accepts no responsibility or liability for misdirected submissions,
or messages lost in cyberspace. Tickets will NOT be mailed, and arrangements
for pick-up must be made no later than 9:00 p.m., Thursday, October 25,
2007. Employees of haunted attractions are NOT eligible. |

Although
the OFFICIAL2007 Photo Contest CLOSED 10/23 at midnight, Round 2
will continue through Halloween since some attractions remain open through
November 3, 2007!! Pictures will be posted as soon as all winners
can be contacted. |
